On average it costs around $100 to train and equip what we call "Hope Givers". These are our youth leaders, the people on the ground having one on one interactions with the next generation. A hope giver would typically regularily impact a minimum of 10 people each year. When we train "Hope Givers" we are enabling a wider group to continually be impacted by the Gospel.
